What is the personality type of Jason Fillion? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Jason Fillion from Psychology & Personal Development and what is the personality traits.
Jason Fillion personality type is ENFJ, which is not surprising as I have always felt like a big sister/mentor to people and others have always said that I seem like a mom figure. I enjoy giving people advice and guidance when they need it, and will often listen to others and try to see where they are coming from. I also enjoy helping others see their own potential and show them how to take action to accomplish what they want in life. Being an ENFJ, I am naturally very empathetic, so I can feel the emotions of others around me. This is what allows me to read people well and be able to help them in whatever way I can.
When I was younger, self-esteem was a huge struggle for me. In my late 20s, I realized that I was self-critical and tended to compare myself to others and put myself down whenever I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. When I finally realized where this negative self talk was coming from, I started working on myself and developing better habits around self-confidence and self-esteem. It was hard work, but I am so glad to say that now I feel confident about who I am and what I do, as well as how I look.
