Seiji personality type is ISFJ, which also happens to be my type. It doesn't make me any more special than anyone else, but I can see how the different types work well together to produce a good team player.
This is a nice way to keep things simple by overlooking some of the complexity that exists between the types. By only looking at the ISFJ and ESFJ, it's easy to assume that they are similar in most ways, which is not exactly the case. The ISFJ is more likely to be interested in working with people and taking care of others, while the ESFJ is more likely to be focused on following rules and doing things correctly.
If we take the main characteristics of each type and compare them directly, we can come up with a pretty good idea of what each type is like and what they find especially useful. The ISFJ is likely to be focused on things like working with people, while the ESFJ is more likely to be focused on things like following rules and doing things correctly.
This is what I call a "simple framework". It's easy to understand and use, but it still gives us a good look into both types.
