Monthy Period personality type is ESFP, or Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving. I am a very involved person, but often that is what gets me into trouble. I love being around people, and I am a good listener. With the feeling side, I can become very emotional about things, and sometimes when I get emotional, I get a little too involved.
I can also be very shy around people I don’t know well. I will often try to avoid getting to know people until we are very close. If you look at my picture for this book, you will see that I am not wearing any makeup. It is because of my shyness. When I was younger, I really didn’t like wearing makeup. My mother would get mad at me for not wearing it. She would say, “You look like you have a bad case of acne!”
My type is also F, or Feeler. I do have my sensitive side, where I can become easily hurt by something someone says. If someone says something mean to me, I can get upset and hurt. Sometimes you see that in my face and my body language.
