Choi Joon-Gi personality type is ISTJ, or the "Law and Order" personality type. He's very gruff and serious, and has a tendency to yell at the staff in a manner that can be construed as threatening.
Choi is so serious that when he's not receiving a salary, he'll take money out of his own pocket to pay for expenses.
He's not afraid to break the rules to get his staff to take care of themselves, however. In addition to the diet plan that he's been on, he recently hired a personal trainer and has urged his staff to eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly.
He also made an effort to reduce his work hours and thus reduce his dependency on the company's health insurance system, which is based on your monthly income. So he's been taking on the personal expenses for himself, and asking his staff to do the same.
This may seem like a conflict of interest, but he says that it's not.
"I don't think I'm doing anything wrong," he says. "I'm the boss. I'm not giving orders about my own expenses."
