Eker personality type is ENTP, or the “Mastermind”.
In a nutshell, ENTPs are good at implementing and executing strategies, and good at the people skills required to implement those strategies. Because of this, ENTPs are often seen as “people-pleasers”, because they do not want to alienate others, even if they don’t like them. They are great at reading people and figuring out what they want and need. This also means that they often have a lot of empathy for others, and they try to help them as much as they can. They are quite adaptable, and have great potential to pick up new skills quickly.
