These are the things that you need to work on to be able to learn to be more patient and to be more understanding of others. You need to learn how to ask for help, and how to accept help, which is really hard for a lot of introverts.
You have to kind of step outside of yourself and say, "Okay, I'm going to have this conversation. I'm going to have this conversation with my friend. I'm going to have this conversation with my boss. I'm going to have this conversation with this other person that doesn't understand me." It's so hard to do, but it's so important.
For people who are more extroverted, they're just going to get a lot of energy from spending time with other people and being around other people. That's not a bad thing at all. I think for some people, it's going to be extra hard for the introverts who are in extroverted environments where there's a lot of energy, and there's a lot of people around them.
