Montgomery personality type is ISTJ, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. ISTJs are often seen as the most reliable and dependable of all personality types. They are deeply concerned with factual accuracy and strive to maintain a frame of reference that is as clear and as precise as possible. They are careful and deliberate in their activities and are generally not distracted easily by changes in their environment or by the emotional or physical needs of others. The ISTJ personality type is also known for its strong need for physical and emotional security, which can often be seen in the physical characteristics of this type (i.e., the ISTJ's tendency to be more "plain-looking" or "boring" than other personality types). ISTJs are not likely to become easily excited or distracted, but they can also be very private about their feelings and thoughts and sometimes do not express them easily. They tend to be good at following instructions and instructions tend to come easily to them.
