This means that the extraverted decisions will be the ones that people see in their lives.
When you look at the ISFJ you see that they are quiet and not very noticeable. They are "the people behind the scenes" who are doing everything behind the scenes. They are the ones organizing everything. They make all the decisions, they take care of all the logistics, they make all the plans, they keep track of everything, etc. The extraverts (Ti) are the ones who are out in the world and doing things. People pay attention to them because they are doing things that are visible in their lives. The introverted decisions are not visible in the outward environment.
