Tsumugi Aoba personality type is ENFP, and is quite possibly the most adept at dealing with people than Aoi, who is ENTP.
The way I see it, Tsumugi would be the one who would try to convince Aoi and Aoi wouldn't listen. It doesn't look like Aoi is really going to listen to anyone, but if Tsumugi tried, she could maybe get her to listen.
I think that Tsumugi's personality is probably one of the most complex and interesting of the cast. She's been through a lot and just trying to live a normal life. She's had a hard time making friends, but that's something she can definitely do. She's quite sensitive and shy, and I think she would have a hard time trying to get Aoi to open up to her. I think she'd be a good advice giver, maybe dealing with her own personal problems in her own way.
I don't think that Tsumugi would have a huge role in the story, but I think she would have a VERY important role in the story. I think that if played correctly, she could take the role of a mentor for the other characters and help them out in their own personal problems.
