Lisa personality type is ISFP, which according to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is an “individualist, intuitive, expressive, complex, and perceptive” type. The ISFP is a creative, sensitive, and introspective person. They are independent individuals who often use their imagination to envision new possibilities. They like to be creative and can often be artistic.
My experience with ISFP personalities is that they are often a bit eccentric and they tend to have a more holistic view of the world. They don’t just see things in black and white like you might expect. They are less likely to judge other people harshly and are more likely to accept people for who they are.
ISFPs are very independent and like to do things their own way. They usually have an idealistic view of the world and take things personally. This can make them difficult to deal with at times because they are often so sensitive and they won’t take criticism well. They are likely to become overly emotional when they do take criticism, which can be frustrating.
All in all, the ISFP is a very interesting personality type and one that I have found very interesting to work with over the years.
