Charles Krieger personality type is ESFP, but he can be a bit of an asshole, so you don’t want to get on his bad side too fast. In fact, I’ve seen him refer to himself as an ESFP before, though maybe he was being sarcastic.
I also have to say, he’s a really nice guy. He’s very down to earth and always says what he thinks. He doesn’t put up with a lot of bullshit from people and if you disagree with him, he’ll tell you about it. I think that’s a very healthy trait for a professional persona manager to have and it really helps me appreciate him more.
The point is, I think this is an awesome job and I’m lucky to get to work with such good people. I love what I do and I hope to work with this group for many years to come.
