Abby Mel personality type is ESFP, but she is also ENFP. She has a lot of ENFP characteristics, so I would say ESFP, but she definitely seems ENFP to me.
I noted the ENFP like qualities in her since I was familiar with the personality type.
Now, a while back, I had a conversation with my wife about my ENFP and her ESFP (I am an ENFP) and we had an interesting discussion regarding the two types and how they relate to each other.
You see, my wife was an ENFP (according to me) until around the time she and I started dating.
Then she became more ESFPish, which she's mentioned to me before and I'm just now noticing it again.
My wife has a very strong ENFP presence that is not going away and she's not at all interested in becoming less ENFP.
It's just that her "home" base for her ENFPness is now more about caring for others as opposed to taking care of herself.
So she's more ESFPish than she was in the past, which has been nice for her.
