William personality type is ISTJ, not INTJ. A quick search of the MBTI site shows that the only ISTJ entries relate to the Myers-Briggs type indicator and to the Jungian personality type indicator.
So if you're not familiar with the Myers-Briggs test, and have no interest in learning about it, then I'd say you're probably fine. But if you are interested in learning more about Myers-Briggs, I would highly recommend the book Personality Type by Isabel Briggs Myers and Peter J. Myers. The book is available on Amazon for under $10.
