It's common to see these two personalities being paired up, especially in anime. Since I am also an INFP and a bit of an ENFJ, I thought I'd write a little about these types, and why they're so frequently paired.

They both tend to be very optimistic, even in the face of setbacks, and will often continue to try to make things better for others in the face of failure.
INFPs and ENFJs have a similar range of interests, which includes different things for each individual. INFPs may be interested in "human relationships", while ENFJs may be interested in "social relations" or "community". ENFJs will often take leadership roles in their communities.
