Even though he always showed outstanding leadership qualities and his superiors were always impressed by his skills, Eduards career path was not easy. After his university studies, he had to remain on the Navy Officer training ship for a period of time. It was during this period that Eduards “good” side came out. He developed great respect for the people who work for the Navy and also for his colleagues on the ship. Eduard found out about the Navy SEALs training and noticed how his colleagues were able to handle stressful situations. So he asked to participate in the training program. He signed up for the course and during his last year at university, he completed the training program. As an officer, Eduard was able to quickly get promoted to be a Naval Officer Instructor. In his role, he was able to create an environment where he could use his leadership skills and show them in a positive way. The other side of Eduard’s personality is his introverted side.
