Gretchen Sullivan personality type is ESTP, which is another one of my favorite personality types to work with. I’ve always found ESTPs to be pretty fun, and I think Gretchen is a great example of that!
Gretchen is the youngest of seven children, and she is the only girl, which is why she gets so much attention. Her parents are very different, and Gretchen has a lot of trouble with them at times. She’s a creative soul, and she has a hard time keeping her creative juices at bay. She’s a new mom, who is starting to realize that her life is going to change drastically as she raises her little girl. Gretchen has always thought she was a good daughter, and she tries to be the best one possible, but her parents tend to test her on how well she can act the role of the perfect child…and fail miserably!
The main thing that makes Gretchen’s ESTP personality was the way she had to deal with her parents. She tried so hard to be the perfect daughter, and when she failed, it was just like someone had set her on fire…so she ran! Gretchen ran away from home shortly after her baby was born.
