Chalky personality type is ISFJ, because I love to do things for other people, and I'm better at supporting others than doing things myself. And I'm not capricious; I don't go around being mean or spiteful just because something goes wrong. That's more of a shadow trait of the ENTJ.
I guess I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum from you; I'm basically a stereotypical T-P personality type. But that doesn't mean that I'm doing it right. So my suggestions are probably less good than they sound.
