They can get in over their heads with people because they don't know how to deal with the emotional ups and downs that life can bring.
Because ENTJs are usually so focused on the future, they can be impatient with people who aren't living in the moment. ENTPs tend to be very idealistic and may want to do things for other people without expecting anything in return. They may communicate this type of behavior to someone by being overly positive and helpful, not taking responsibility for their own actions, or even by being overly critical of other people's actions.
