I think I’ve created the most novel character types possible within the confines of a video game that’s based on an anime television show.
What I’m saying is: I’ve done nothing but take what makes my favorite anime series great, and I’ve turned it into a video game.
I also have to admit that it feels good to have finished this game, even if it’s just a little bit. I’ve been working on it for years, and while I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to do with it in terms of long-term ambitions, I hope that if I start thinking about it more as a game than a personal project, it will be something I can release and make people happy with over time.
