This focus helps us to eliminate the "what if?" thoughts and the potential for anxiety that can arise from those thoughts. This focus also helps us to be more efficient and effective at our tasks.
Fe is also known for its ability to connect us with our emotions, which is why we tend to be so empathetic. We are able to recognize what people are feeling, even when they don't seem to be showing it. We can also experience those same feelings, which is why we can often become extremely upset or angry when someone in our lives hurts or disappoints us.
