Island personality type is INFP, meaning I am a very quiet and analytical person. I prefer not to force my opinion on others (unless they are willing to hear it), and I’m much more likely to take things in stride or change my mind if left alone.
But I do love to talk about myself, so here it is.
I am a very happy, optimistic person. I always say that life is just too short to be truly miserable, and I’m always happy to see another day. My biggest regret in life is not doing more for my family, and I often wonder if my life would have been different if I’d been more active in my own family instead of focusing on others so much.
I tend to be a little too trusting. When people I trust tell me they’re going to do something, I’ll follow suit and believe them. When they don’t show up, I get angry with them for not doing what they said they’d do. And that’s no way to live. I hope to remedy this behavior some day. I also tend to expect a lot from others, which can cause problems as well.
