James Rosen personality type is ENTP, so I moved on to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and discovered that I am a Healer (NTJ). Both personality types are actually fairly similar (as you can probably tell from the way I describe myself), but I have to say that I see myself as a little more straightforward, and a little less "elegant" than the ENTP. Part of that is probably also due to the fact that I come from a very different background than the ENTP.
In any case, I left the Myers-Briggs test feeling pretty good about myself. I'm a philosopher, and an ENTP; I'm a little more direct than a metaphysician, but not by much. And I'm a Healer, which means that I don't suck at anything but observing the world around me, which is something that ENTPs are pretty good at.
I'm also an unusual ENTP in that I don't take ENFJ types seriously. I don't think it's possible to build an accurate profile of an ENFJ personality type without doing a lot of research into their childhoods.
