As an INFP, I recognize that I am also driven by a desire to help others. But while I believe in the value of service and selfless service, I don’t believe in being fake or putting on a public facade. I don’t believe that everyone else should change in order to accommodate me. I want to be genuine and real with myself and with the people I care about.
My challenge is that the world is not always a place of authenticity and that I can sometimes feel like I am trying to live up to a false expectation.
So what does authenticity look like for me? When I first started this blog, I wrote about how I was making an effort to stop being so afraid of being myself and to start living more authentically.
