Dan Gallagher personality type is ESTP, i.e. an enabler, who is always available to help, and who is always available to help them out. They are not adept at taking care of themselves and their needs, and this is where they get into trouble. Enablers often do not make logical decisions and need support and guidance to do so. They can be too needy and clingy and they need to balance their own needs and the needs of others. Enablers can be very supportive and caring to those they love but their own needs are often ignored, and the cost of this is often disastrous.

Gallagher as a type is not as bad as it seems. They are very kind and generous, and they do genuinely care about those they love. However, the downside is that they do not have their own needs well-cared for, and this can lead to disappointment, stress, arguments and relationship problems.

The ESTP personality type also has a tendency to become a know-it-all, and they can be stubborn and opinionated. They can also have a tendency to lack empathy for others, and to have an attitude that they are right even when they are wrong.
