Joe's next big business idea was a take-out restaurant that he had in Des Moines, Iowa. He called it "The Ruby's" and it was one of the first places to have food delivery. It also was one of the first places to have automated ordering via mobile devices. Joe's idea was so successful that he sold it to a corporation and made $10 million (a lot of money in the early 90s). He used some of that money to start his first consulting business. He did this for 15 years until he retired and moved to Florida.
