Tsiao-Jung personality type is INFJ, which means I’m introverted, intuitive, and feel things deeply. Introversion is my default mood, and I find it easier to be alone than in crowds of people. The INFJ personality type is also well known for their strong sense of empathy. I feel things deeply, and I’m constantly trying to understand why people are the way they are. I’m still figuring out how to be a good friend, because I have a hard time being alone and not wanting to talk to someone.
I used to be pretty much introverted all the time. Not only do I spend a lot of time alone reading or writing (or maybe just staring at my computer), but I spent most of my life as a loner with few friends. I’ve learned to be more outgoing over the past few years, but I still have a lot of trouble making new friends.
At the beginning of this semester, I’ve tried to make more friends by going to happy hours, getting coffee with some people from the study groups I was in last semester, and even hanging out with some people in my dorm’s common areas.
