Kerchak personality type is ISTJ, and the last name is the same as the ISFJ's. Of course, there's no way she can know that.
However, if we go back to the ISTJ's we see in the movie, they appear to be True ISFJs, and not just ISTJs in disguise.
One of the ISTJ characters, John "Hannibal" Smith, has a true ISFJ trait, which is the perfectionistic streak. He also has a tendency to leave doors open and not clean up after himself.
The other ISTJ character, Lewis "Hannibal" Peckham, is a little more Winyardian. He speaks slowly and is a little lazy. His ISTJ trait is his need for routine. And he doesn't seem to be very fond of cleaning.
But there appear to be some ISTJs in the movie who are not Fits. In fact, there are a few who don't even have a Kerchak personality type. But they all have the ISTJ trait of being very direct and honest. Some of them even have a little bit of a Winyardian streak to them, but not a lot.
