Arnie Campbell personality type is INFP, and after many years I finally understand myself as a whole person. In this process, I have been able to overcome some of the self-sabotaging behaviors that were left over from my INFJ childhood. I would like to share some of the insights I have gained about INFPs and the ways in which we can overcome our own self-sabotage.
As an INFJ, I used to think that my INFP traits made me weak. I thought that if I expressed these feelings I would be seen as vulnerable and unable to protect myself. In my INFJ mindset, I thought that my INFP traits made me weak and would expose me to dangerous situations. Now that I am an INFP, I realize that my INFJ tendencies were actually the source of my strength. They gave me the tools to learn how to defend myself, but I needed to understand myself and develop my own unique set of tools. This is not the only lesson I have learned. Here are the others:
