So I guess if we've learned anything today, it's that it's not enough to have a strong inner game; you also have to have a strong external game.

You might be wondering, "Is this true? Can I actually become a more powerful and charismatic leader?"

The short answer is yes, but there are a few things you need to know first.

First of all, the more powerful and charismatic you become, the more people will wonder what you're hiding. Your greatest strengths might also be your greatest weaknesses in the eyes of others.

As you evolve, you will come to understand that people are not looking for a leader with a great inner game, but rather a leader with a great external game, who has great character and integrity.

You might be thinking, "Wait a second, I thought integrity was something you had." Well, it's both.

When you develop integrity, you become less worried about what people think about you and more concerned about what you know is right.

Sir William Wallace (Scottish Gaelic: Uilleam Uallas; Norman French: William le Waleys; born c. 1270, died 23 August 1305) was a Scottish knight who became one of the main leaders during the First War of Scottish Independence. Along with Andrew Moray, Wallace defeated an English army at the Battle of Stirling Bridge in September 1297. He was appointed Guardian of Scotland and served until his defeat at the Battle of Falkirk in July 1298. In August 1305, Wallace was captured in Robroyston, near Glasgow, and handed over to King Edward I of England, who had him hanged, drawn and quartered for high treason and crimes against English civilians. Since his death, Wallace has obtained an iconic status far beyond his homeland. He is the protagonist of Blind Harry's 15th-century epic poem The Wallace and the subject of literary works by Sir Walter Scott and Jane Porter, and of the Academy Award-winning film Braveheart.
