Eleanor of Aquitaine personality type is ENFJ, because she is the real deal, and her entire life has been dedicated to making things better for people. She does it through diplomacy, she does it through mercy, she does it through love, and she does it through herself. She is always the one who gives the most, and she is always the one who receives the most. I love all of her relationships, but her relationship with Henry II is my favorite. I love them so much because she truly loves him. She loves him so much that she would do anything for him. She would give up her kingdom, she would give up her life, she would give up her happiness because that is all that matters to her.
When I first started writing this post, I was actually going to talk about Eleanor of Aquitaine first because I thought that would be the most interesting. But then I saw Harry’s Harry on Reddit talking about Eleanor of Aquitaine, and reading his Harry’s Harry made me realize how much of an influence she has on Harry. She was raised by Eleanor of Aquitaine, who not only raised Harry but raised him with love.
Eleanor of Aquitaine (1122 – 1 April 1204) was queen consort of France (1137–1152) and England (1154–1189) and Duchess of Aquitaine in her own right (1137–1204). As a member of the Ramnulfids (House of Poitiers) rulers in southwestern France, she was one of the wealthiest and most powerful women in western Europe during the High Middle Ages. She was patron of literary figures such as Wace, Benoît de Sainte-Maure, and Bernart de Ventadorn. She led armies several times in her life and was a leader of the Second Crusade. As the duchess of Aquitaine, Eleanor was the most eligible bride in Europe. Three months after becoming duchess upon the death of her father, William X, she married King Louis VII of France, son of her guardian, King Louis VI. As queen of France, she participated in the unsuccessful Second Crusade. Soon afterwards, Eleanor sought an annulment of her marriage, but her request was rejected by Pope Eugene III.
