Dhampyr personality type is INFJ, so I don't think this game would be too much of a problem. As the game progresses, you'll have the choice between two paths: The first one is to help the faction (the vampires) achieve its goals and become a vampire. The other one is to destroy the vampires and become a dhampir. Both options have their own pros and cons.
The first choice is about deciding if you want to decide your future or someone else's. You could go either way, but that doesn't make things any easier. It's not a bad choice, it's just that the path of destruction is more interesting, because you'll be able to see what it's like to be a dhampir, and when I say "dhampir" I mean "got kicked out of their clan" as opposed to "got kicked out of their clan and now they're undead".
The second choice is about how you want your bloodline to end. If you choose the destruction of the vampires, you'll be able to watch how they fail, and eventually become one of them.
