I love to organize. I love to manage, to get things done. I love to make sure that we do what we do best and I love to do it in a way where everybody else is included in that thing that we do best.
We work together as a team and to make sure that we deliver the results that we want to deliver for our customer. That’s what our role is in our company, in our management team and in our organizational structure.

Jesse: I think one of my strengths is that I am a very good organizer. I am very good at getting projects together, getting people together, getting people together behind a common goal. As an INFJ, that’s what we do well.
