DNAmy personality type is ESFJ, and my personality is -- I mean, we're very similar. I think that's why we work so well together. I remember we had been friends for a while, and then, one day, you said, 'I really want to work with you,' and I was like, 'Oh, great.' Not only did I want to work with you, I wanted to work with you. And so we started working together and we've just been working together ever since. We've been able to do new things together. We've been able to experiment. We've had the time to do it all.
So as I became more confident as an actor and as a person, we started doing more and more roles together; I think it wasn't until the first season of Girls when we did a scene together for the first time that people really started to notice it. But throughout the series, we've done a lot of scenes together. And the more we did them, the more people would talk about it. And then I started to notice that people were talking about it and I was like, 'Oh, maybe I should ...' [laughs]
