By the time I was 19 I had already been to rehab 4 times, I was an alcoholic and drug addict and i was about to turn 20. I was actually scared for my life every single day. I still remember the night i went to rehab, I was so scared, I was so scared that i would be let out and go back to the same routine that i had been in and i would find myself in the same circle of hell. For me i began to think that if i did not do something i would end up doing bad things to myself like taking pills or doing some drugs or alcohol which im sure most people have come to know.
I had been on this path for years, and it never seemed to be ending. I had no motivation to change my life, I couldn’t see myself doing it, I didn’t know how to do it.
