Jay/Shadow Joy personality type is ESFP, and that's the type that I'm most strongly ESFP. I could have chosen the other two types, but I didn't think you'd be interested in that. You see, I've been trying to figure out what my Myers Briggs type is for a long time, and I think it's ESFP, but I'm not sure. But I know intuitively that I'm an ESFP.
My Myers Briggs type has very little to do with my personality, but it's really interesting, because it's the most common Myers Briggs type. And the reason it's so common is that the Myers Briggs test is designed to predict how people will behave in certain situations. So if you're the type FISTP, you're very good at learning things quickly and remembering things for a long time. If you're the type NFP, you're good at planning and organizing things. If you're the type INTJ, you're good at taking the long view and making decisions. If you're the type ISTJ, you're a doer, a maker of plans. But the MBTI doesn't really tell you anything about your personality, so it's sort of useless.
