Freyr personality type is ESFP, one of the 16 personality types in the Myers-Briggs typology. Teutonic and Teutonic, however, are related (in their ESFP traits) to the original Teutonic Bauern, of German origin, and thus to the Vikings.
The Teutons, who settled in Germany after the Vendel era (ca. 250-800 CE) and were the ancestors of the Germanic and Scandinavian people, have been called "the first Germanic tribe" in modern times. This is because they showed a special Germanic cultural evolution, as opposed to the neighboring Celts, and also because their Germanic language – a form of proto-Germanic language – has been compared to Latin. In the opinion of some scholars, therefore, the Teutons are closer to Latin peoples than to the Celts and thus are a link of the later Germanic peoples with Latin culture.
The Teutons considered themselves to be a superior race and made a strong bid for dominance. Their culture was strongly influenced by the Roman Empire, which at that time had already been decaying.
