Ingrid personality type is ENFP, which makes me feel like I'm a little bit insane.
I am a very emotional and emotional person. I have a lot of empathy for others and have a strong desire to support, encourage and create a positive atmosphere in any situation. My impulsivity and inability to block out emotions leads me to overreact to emotional situations and others. I get flustered very easily, and often have a hard time staying focused on one task at a time.
I tend to get extremely anxious during concerts, performances and meetings. I don't like it when people around me aren't paying attention, or when I'm not being listened to or considered. I have a lot of people-pleasing tendencies, and will often say things that I don't really mean to appease others.
I always want to know the "why" behind things and will never be satisfied with a simple "this is the way it is". I need to know the reason behind everything that is happening. I also have a tendency to be very impatient and can get frustrated very easily, which causes me to be less patient and more anxious than most people.
