Tanya personality type is ESFJ, or Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judger. ESFJ is the most common type among U.S. women, with 32 percent of all women having this type. The ESFJ personality type is extraverted by definition, though their perception is that they are introverted. They are also dominant in the social domain, which is why they are sometimes called “the people persons.” However, unlike NF’s NF personality type, ESFJ personalities are not shy. Instead, they are “over-people persons”—they are too nice to say no or shut down. They are also over-responsible, which is why they are sometimes called “the nannies of the world.” ESFJs are good at understanding people’s feelings and are skilled at being empathetic. They are also very good at reading people, which makes them good at managing people. They are even good at managing groups. Overall, ESFJ personalities are very organized and can be excellent team leaders, though they may have difficulty with conflict because of their high levels of sensitive.
