A quick note on the last question: when I say "psychopath" I'm not referring to serial killers or people who torture animals or have no remorse for the suffering of others. I'm referring to the kind of psychopath you see in movies and TV shows. I'm talking about a person who is capable of loving and being loved, who is capable of experiencing empathy, who is capable of feeling guilt, remorse, and vulnerability. A psychopath is not necessarily a sociopath, so don't assume that just because someone is a psychopath they are necessarily a sociopath.

I don't think I'm manipulative, but I'm also not completely honest with everyone I know. I've been known to be vague and non-committal in conversation. It's not a conscious choice; it's just how I am.
