R-19 personality type is ESTP, but this is by no means a rule.
The ESTP personality type is sometimes described as the "dominant" personality type, which is not a very useful descriptor. However, ESTPs are among the most dominant personality types, even in comparison to other Extraverted personality types.
Like ENTJs, ESTPs are among the few personality types who can function well in a team environment, having the ability to lead and to subvert others. Their dominant function, Extraverted Sensing , is a fairly straightforward function: it involves recognizing and taking advantage of opportunities to gather as much concrete information as possible. This is what ESTPs do best.
ESTPs can be very good at understanding how things work and how best to use them. In general, they are more likely than other personality types to have technical and mechanical interests and talents. For example, they might be known for their skills in computer programming, mechanics, or carpentry. They would certainly be good at this sort of thing; ESTPs are among the most active-oriented personality types, and they are often quite practical.
However, this is not a particularly strong function for ESTPs.
