First off, Gibson is the most humble person on the planet. She won't accept any praise for something she does and will downplay her own achievements when she does something well. Even though she's not a morning person and would rather be awake at 6AM than at 9PM, she still wakes up at 6AM and she still gets up at 9PM.
Gibson is also an excellent organizer, which makes her a great nurse. She will often write down all of her patients' medications and what they are supposed to be taken with. She'll print out all of their treatment plans and then go through each one and make sure it is done properly before she leaves the unit.
Also, Gibson is a sucker for cute animals, even though she hates cats. She loves dogs and is an excellent dog lover, as well.
Another thing is that Gibson has a very hard time saying no to her patients, especially if they need her help.
