Spireclaw Personality Type, MBTI

Spireclaw personality type is INFP, so I don't know if my theory is accurate to the best of my ability. I believe that any prospective Seer who wants to learn the truth would be best suited to look into the health of the Seer race, see what needs to be done to improve it, and then do something about it. I think that since many Seers are not very good at being leaders, they should take on more of a teacher role. In my opinion, the best way to teach something is to do it first and then explain it. So I think that most Seers should have a better grasp of leadership skills before they start teaching others. I think that if the Seer race were to be improved, and the Seers themselves were to become better at leading themselves, then they would be able to teach others. That's my theory at least.
