The Fly personality type is ISFJ, which makes sense since the ISFJ in the Myers-Briggs system is the "caretaker" member of the family and holds the values of the Dreamer (think: Sophia Petrillo) and the Logistician (think: Fez McElroy).
You'll notice that my Myers-Briggs personality type is just as I expected it to be. The big surprise was discovering my new type, which was a complete surprise. I've always thought that I am a Logistician (I know, I know...), but I have never been particularly happy with that description. The ISFP description feels more accurate to me and it made me feel a lot better about myself.
Anyways, my main point in all of this is that the Myers-Briggs world view is not only a tool for self-discovery, but it can also be used by the business world to help facilitate positive change and increased efficiency. When I read about the Myers-Briggs system, I see it as a tool for self-discovery, but I see it as a tool for business professionals to help facilitate positive change and increased efficiency.
