Ian Garvey personality type is INTJ, which is one of the more rare personality types. INTJs are more prone to anxiety, depression and stress than most people on the planet. I have been through my fair share of personal struggles, but I can honestly say I have never seen a person with this personality type in so much pain.
I’m not sure what triggered the explosion of emotions in my brain, but I believe it was a combination of anger, frustration and depression that caused me to experience what I did. My brain is a very complex machine. It is responsible for all of our feelings, thoughts and actions. When this machine is malfunctioning it can cause our normal thoughts, feelings and actions to become erratic, irrational and even violent.
My anger was exacerbated when I realized that I had been a victim of a long-term, manipulative relationship with a man that had left me emotionally damaged and addicted to something I didn’t even want. I had been manipulated into thinking there was something wrong with me for being addicted to something that was considered a vice by society. I found out that I was just like everyone else. We are all addicted to something. But, I was more addicted than most people.
