Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr personality type is ISFP, but my foolproof way of diagnosing a 4th personality is to see whether or not that person is very sensitive to the way people treat them, and is very aware of other people's feelings. If they seem to take all this to heart, that's an indication that they're also introverted, intuitive, and feeling (ISFP).
I'm not a fan of the whole "fourth personality" idea. I think it's a lot of hype, and at best it's nothing more than a subtle hint that they may be a bit different from everyone else. However, I do like the idea of being able to have a better understanding of my friend, and even though I had already plenty of clues before, it is always cool to know what makes him tick. It's a fun game that I would love to play before it's too late.
I've come to the conclusion that there are at least four major personalities.
1) The first personality is the dominant one. It's what you're used to seeing. This is usually depicted by the face, but many people have this as their 2nd personality.
2) The second personality is a submissive one.
