The Leper on the Road personality type is INFP, so I can relate to the loneliness aspect, but the rest of it doesn't really make sense for me. I don't think the Leper is in contact with the world around him, so I have a hard time finding anything that fits him, especially since he's such a minor character.
I'll see if I can dig up that description and post it, but I'm not going to get into all the details yet.
