XP Home-kun (Homeo) personality type is ISFJ, which is sometimes referred to as the “Home-Keeper”. Personally, I would describe ISFJs as being the “Home-Keeper” for a whole family or group. They are the ones who keep everyone together and on the right path. They have a strong desire to perform tasks that benefit their family. They are capable of great devotion and loyalty to their family and friends, but they are also very loyal to the goals and values of their family or group. They are not necessarily the most assertive type in the group, but they will be the one that everyone comes to if they need help. They can be very supportive and encouraging, but at the same time they can be very strict and “rule-bound” when it comes to how things should be done. They are usually quite practical and logical in their thinking. They like to follow through on plans and keep their commitments, even if that means keeping things “the same” even though they feel they should be getting better. They may not be the most fast-paced or lively type in the group, but they will keep the group moving forward in a practical way.
