Isobe personality type is INFP, although the introverted intuitives are much rarer than the extroverted ones, so this is not a particularly useful test for INFPs. Isobe et al. (2012) used a personality test called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to analyze the relationship between the personality type of participants and their job satisfaction. They found that extroverts had more job satisfaction than introverts, as did people with high dominance (i.e., extravert) and low openness to experience (i.e., introvert). People with high dominance also had higher job satisfaction compared to people with high openness to experience. People with high openness to experience also had higher job satisfaction compared to people with low dominance. Finally, people with high openness to experience also had higher job satisfaction compared to people with low dominance.
