Josh Myers personality type is ENTP, or “The Entertainer.” Myers and his parents were the type of family that would take a trip to the ice rink at Rockefeller Center to watch the ice skating competition. Myers would bounce around from rink to rink for hours, and if he felt like it, he would sit on the sidelines and watch the skaters as they competed.
Myers was always curious as to why some people were as athletic as they were. He was always interested in learning about what made people tick. Myers attributes his curiosity about the human condition to his mother, who, as she got older, would tell him stories of her childhood. He would sit and listen to her and then think about what she said and why she said it. Myers remembers that, in her late sixties, she described her early childhood to him.
Myers’ parents lived in New York City in an apartment building in the Bronx. They had only one bathroom, so when they were riled up with anger or frustration their father would kick open the bathroom door and send them all running for the bathroom.
Myers’ mother didn’t like to be told what to do.
