ESTP's Best Friend personality type is ENTP, and I have a very high level of ENTP in me.
I'm 50/50 about this book. I had high expectations and it didn't quite measure up, although I do intend to read it again. I think the reason it didn't measure up is that my expectations were too high and they were not met. The book did have some excellent insights and there were a few things that I found very helpful, but overall I thought it was fairly mediocre.
A good read with a lot of helpful information. The last chapter is a bit of a "here's how to use it" chapter, and I think could have been left out since the rest of the book is so good. The information is good and anyone who has ever had a child with SAD should read this book.
I'm not sure who the intended audience for this book is, but if you are looking for some good tips on how to help your child with SAD, you might find this book helpful. I think it's a good resource if you are having problems with your child being SAD, but can't quite figure out what is wrong.
